Blackhaine announces upcoming EP, 'Armour II'

It's accompanied by the release of lead single 'Stained Materials'

UK-based rapper Blackhaine has announced his upcoming EP, 'Armour II', part of the series on Fixed Abode, which is set for release on June 10.

Alongside the announcement was the release of first single 'Stained Materials' and the reveal of a live show tour dates across the UK which kicks off on May 11.

'Stained Materials' is a song about the stain of guilt, evoked in the accompanying video of a car right through late-night Salford.

The rest of the EP consists of features from Rainy Miller, Iceboy Violet, Blood Orange, Moseley and KinseyLloyd, resulting in Blackhaine's upcoming release to advance on and embrace his 'socialist-realist' style of drill, unafraid to explore a variety of narrative methods and sound designs.

Each track poetically dissects, and explores, the question of life and death through a lens of lived experience, displaying the rapper's articulate and sentimental approach to his work.
