The duo has also revealed their biggest headline live show at Alexandra Palace this winter

Bicep have released the single ‘Meli (II)’ which is the follow-up from their 2021 track, ‘Meli’.

As well as this new track, the duo also have revealed that they will be headlining their biggest live show this winter at Alexandra Palace on December 3.

Since the release of ‘Isles’ they promised that the live versions would be “much, much harder” which they are delivering with this ‘Meli (II)’.

Also featuring on the 2021 'Isles' release beside 'Meli' were ‘Siena' (Feat. Clara La San) and ‘Light’.

We always knew there was room for this version though, hence naming the original ‘Meli (I)’.

“‘Meli (II)’ was formed slowly on the road. Each week we changed the drums a bit, the structure and generally allowed the crowd to inform the process. It was great to grow the track in this way, it felt like a very organic way of working.”

Bicep recently closed Glastonbury on the West Holts stage where they performed classics such as ‘Glue’ and ‘Apricots’ along with their new unreleased track ‘Meli (II)’.

The follow-up to 2017 debut ‘Bicep’ was two years in the making, and well-received by fans and critics alike – earning the pair two Brit nominations for Best British Group and Breakthrough act. Mixmag also called it ‘one of the defining dance music albums of 2021’.
