A series of cryptic posts suggests their return after a seven year hiatus
Following a series of cryptic social media posts it looks like N.E.R.D may make a a comeback after a seven year hiatus.
Over the weekend, posters stating ‘No _one Ever Really Dies’ appeared at Tyler the Creator’s Camp Flog Gnaw festival in L.A.
A play on the N.E.R.D acronym, the artwork can now be seen on various social media pages, billboards and on the band’s website.
Back in 2015, Pharrell Williams (pictured) announced that N.E.R.D had returned to the studio to produce a new album. During an audience Q&A, when asked again if there would be another N.E.R.D album, Pharrell confirmed that they were working on it and that it would arrive “when it’s time”.
