Echoes of Drexciya are apparent in this jaunty piece of cosmic techno from Andy Rantzen Vs. Transcendental Anarchists.

Its skippy percussion is immediately enchanting; then we have layers of strings and a collection of warped inter-galactic FX; bleeps and twangs, bouncing around the warm bassline. A lovely composition which really seems to have a narrative.
