Lead single 'Angisafuni', opens with a stripped-back but infectious rhythm before Charisse's softly sung vocals breeze in over the percussion. The distinctly summery sounds pick up in the second half of the track taking inspiration from old-school South African Deep House sure to feature in Charisse's eclectic sets over the summer.

'Morning Sun' leans towards pop without losing its amapiano heart. Charisse's taste for alternative R&B shines through on 'What I Need' as she builds out the track with atmospheric vocal stacking whilst 'Nguva Yangu' is said to be an 'ode' to Zimbabwe, Charisse C's birth county.
