Juls releases new single 'Timing', reveals details of sophomore album release
'Peace & Love' is landing as the musician celebrates his 10th year in the music industry
Juls has shared his new single 'Timing' this week (October 4), accompanied by the announcement of his sophomore album 'Peace & Love'.
The single is a collaborative affair which sees the GRAMMY nominated producer team up with Black Sherif and Projexx to deliver infectious rhythms via smooth melodies and vibrant percussives and juxtaposing energies to create a lush, immersive soundscape primed for the warmth of the dancefloor.
“'Timing' is a record that speaks about trying to make as much time as we can for our loved ones, despite our crazy schedules as artists," Juls explains. "It was great collaborating with my brother from my homeland Black Sherif, and of course Projexx who is like my family, we’ve been creating amazing music over the years.

"It was a good connection between Ghana and Jamaica because there is a lot of history there culturally, historically and musically as well. I just wanted to blend the cultures together to make a beautiful love song that had elements of highlife and reggae.”
'Peace & Love', Juls' fothcoming album, is set for release on October 25. Celebrating 10 years in the music industry, the record will explore his most recent musical inspirations and experiences in life, particularly traversing soundscapes from countries he's visited over the years; think Nigeria, Brazil, Ghana, Jamaica and the UK.
There's also a carefully curated list of collaborators onboard, including Wretch32, Ghetts, Adekunle Gold, Asa, Jaz Karis, Masego, Black Sherif, JayO, Odeal and Nkosazana Daughter.

Elsewhere, to celebrate his time spent immersed within music and community contributions, Juls has announced a limited podcast series whereby he will host in-depth discussions with collaborators over the years. He's also set to debut his new live setup, playing an exclusive sold out show at Outernet on October 23.
