It's been a while since we've heard anything from Royal-T in this vein, and boy we've missed it. Gunshots, air raid sirens and a thumping bass see him firmly in command from the off, but there's more at work here than sheer bullishness. The energy is relentless, the club pressure immense and the dynamics – though lacking finesse on the surface – fine-tuned. With a similar blueprint to the one that birthed classics like '1Up' & 'Orangeade', this is grime for the dancefloor, and a tribute to the work Butterz has done in taking the genre to the clubs.
