Jackmaster joins Peggy Gou at HeForShe fundraiser
Full line up for the charity event announced
The full line-up for the all day Needs x UN Women HeForShe charity event which will take place at East London’s Oval Space on March 11 has just been announced, revealing that Jackmaster (pictured) will join Peggy Gou and Bobby Pleasure for the night part of the event.
The HeForShe event is curated in association with shesaidso, Resident Advisor and AIM (Association of Independent Music), and looks to create “real change for both men and women in the industry” and inspire solidarity with the gender equality movement through the use of culture and the music industry.
The full event will feature discussion panels in the daytime from the likes of B Traits (Radio 1), Martina Conors (Ninja Tune) and Xanthe Fuller (Mixcloud), moving on to DJ sets and performances in the night.
Tickets start at £10 and are available here. All funds raised from the event will be donated to UN Women NC UK.
