Hannah Wants reveals line-up for PLAY tour
My Nu Leng, Sam Divine and more join her
Hannah Wants (pictured) has roped in fellow party-starters My Nu Leng, Shadow Child, Mak & Pasteman and more for her upcoming PLAY tour.
Starting with a show at Electric Brixton on February 4, Wants’ UK and Ireland tour visits 10 cities with line-ups featuring Friend Within, Nvoy, Klose One, Devstar, Bram Fidder, Sam Divine, Tom Shorterz, Jack Swift, Low Steppa and Redlight.
Saying the parties will feature plenty of “dark and dingy” warehouse vibes, Wants added the line-up had just as much up-and-coming talent as established names.
“I’m always on the look (listen) out for DJs who are starting to cause a hype or simply deserve a chance. Breaking into this industry is tough and I know how hard it is to start getting your name out there.
“DJs are ultimately booked because they can deliver to the crowd, if the crowd’s happy the DJs are happy. If the crowd and DJs are happy, I’m happy.”
