Here are all the nominees for the Youth Music Awards 2023
The ceremony, sponsored by Hal Leonard Europe, is set to take place at London's Troxy next Wednesday (October 18)
UK-based youth charity Youth Music has announced the full list of nominees for its 2023 Awards, set to be held next week (Wednesday, October 18).
The ceremony, which will take over London's Troxy next week, has been produced in association with Hal Leonard Europe — and will put a focus on how the music industry can tackle diversity with its new Take Note campaign.
The campaign aims to shine a light on the lack of diversity demonstrated from music events, festival line-ups and even other awarding bodies.
"By equalising access for young people, we can strengthen the future of British music and help young people across the country make, learn, and earn through music," the charity wrote in a statement regarding the campaign.

San Soucis, who won Youth Music's Original Track Award (solo artist) in 2020, said winning the award helped her be "recognised from an industry standpoint."
"Since then I’ve been lucky enough to sign a record deal with Decca, play shows around the world (including my first US shows at SXSW earlier this year!)," she says. "But most importantly I’m now managing to make a living off my craft as a recording artist, which was always the dream. So a big thanks to Youth Music who had that early belief in me and best of luck to all the nominees this year!”

While all nominees for the awards have been announced, with artists between the ages of 18-25 from all over the UK having been selected, it will only be on the night that the winners will be revealed.
All categories were voted on by a judging panel of industry representatives, which you can view here. Though the Music Video Award has been voted on by the public.
