Yaeji and Pac-Man link-up for ‘PAC-TIVE’ track
The collaboration is littered with samples from the classic game
Yaeji has collaborated with Pac-Man on ‘PAC-TIVE’, a new track which samples sounds from the classic game.
The video for the track is directed by WEIRDCORE, who has collaborated with Aphex Twin in the past, and the track also features DiAN. The track comes as part of a new Pac-Man campaign, bringing the retro game into the modern day.

The animated video stars Woofa, Yaeji’s ‘animated companion dog’.
Yaeji spoke about her connection with Pac-Man: “Pac-Man is a game my parents and I can both remember playing in arcades growing up. It connects me to my previous generation and possibly to future generations too.”
