What a year it's been for Yasin Elgohary, who's exploded into the highest echelons of super-sharp tech-funk via both his Cyberfunk project and deluxe outings like this EP on Noisia's Invisible label.

Title track 'Gravitas' ladles scything waves of synth devilry onto deliciously big-boned, throaty snares, with the whole affair drenched in a sticky haze that coats each element in a sandstorm of texture.

A dark, thunderous wonder.
