A 67-year-old woman has died at Glastonbury while a 26-year-old man is reported to be in life-threatening condition.

The Western Daily Press reports that the 67-year-old died of natural causes last night while police believe the man suffered an adverse reaction after taking a batch of Class B drug ketamine. The incidents are not connected.

According to Avon and Somerset Police, the man's family have been contacted and he is currently being treated in Bristol Royal Infirmary.

Glastonbury opened yesterday with approximately 100,000 at the festival site so far.
