Wbeeza
A stellar cut from one of the best albums of the year
Warren Brown's ability to merge together influences from house, jazz, hip hop, soul and techno is second-to-none and it's won him plaudits from some of the biggest cats in the game.
As Wbeeza he's been steadily releasing via Third Ear Recordings and his debut album 'Void' was a beautifully arranged trip into long player territory.
Now he returns to Third Ear with his second album 'Expression Of Love' and the title couldn't be more apt. Although only seven tracks long, the album brings forward extended cuts that scream the high levels of production that Brown always employs.
We've got the premiere of 'Say Nuttin' and the opening track offers rugged kicks juxtaposed with delicate synth twinkles – this one hits hard.
The 'Expression Of Love' LP will be released on December 8 via Third Ear Recordings
