Sankeys Ibiza founder David Vincent has started a comedy series, Sankeys Awakens.
The weekly online sitcom is a parody of his own life on the White Isle in which he plays a number of different characters, including his alter-ego The Eccentric. It also riffs on dance music culture and foreign affairs, often splicing in classic movie moments as well as guest turns from DJs like Todd Terry.
According to David, the series is chapter 22 of his "urban legend autobiography" The Eccentric. The autobiography also includes two feature films on Sankeys Manchester and Sankeys Ibiza, both forthcoming.
Sankeys Awakens has hit over 1 million views via the The Eccentric Facebook channel. New shows air every week and you can view the latest episode below.
