Watch Spike Jonze's wild new ad featuring Ape Drums and Sam Spiegel's 'Mutant Brain'
Filmed for KENZO World perfume
Ape Drums teamed up with Sam Spiegel and Jamaican vocalist Assassin for 'Mutant Brain', a track produced especially for a forthcoming commercial spotlight for KENZO's new fragrance line called KENZO World.
The track was premiered with a worthy visual component from Oscar-winning filmmaker Spike Jonze featuring model, actress and now dancer Margaret Qualley.
Despite the video arriving under the guise of a perfume ad, the short film leaves out much of the typically branded and commercial content, instead replacing the three minute flick with choreography that leaves viewers in an unexpected bought of shock and awe.
