Watch Ricardo Villalobos Talk About His Theory Of Dreaming
The Chilean-born artist reveals he prefers not to sleep as dreams are based on your "biggest fears"
If you're a world-touring DJ then regular sleep deprivation is basically a given.
In that case, Ricardo Villalobos is obviously in the right business as, in a newly uploaded video interview, he's revealed that he prefers to steer well away from a bit of kip. Unsurprising, given his formidable reputation.
Speaking to Russian DJ Julia Govor, the Chilean-born producer touches on his theory of dreaming - "It's always about your biggest fears", "If you're having a really strong dream, this is having a really strong influence on the whole day" - and his preference not to sleep.
Good job he's in the position he doesn't get much chance to, then. You can catch him at this year's Cocoon In The Park and watch the interview below.
