Poté shows us his ‘Egosurf’ in new video

London-based Poté from St. Lucia has just shared the video for his new single, ‘Egosurf (For All It's Worth)’.

The track is taken from his ‘Fire For Fire’ EP which he dropped back in January.

In the harrowing video, the camera shows Poté dancing in the middle of an abandoned basement venue, then pans from room to room in a circle and follows a girl trying to escape, before the flickering lights go out, leaving focus on the singer.

‘Fire For Fire’ tells the story of Poté’s experiences of journeying to London and he describes it as the “immense battle between following your own advice versus your urges. Ultimately it's a battle between your heart and brain, fighting fire with fire.”
