Last night Hans Zimmer made an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

The legendary composer, the mind behind the scores of Pirates Of The Caribbean, Inception, The Dark Knight Trilogy and The Thin Red Line, performed his exclusive production for BBC's Planet Earth II.

Zimmer's moving showcase featured a full symphony orchestra of 25 members with backdrops of stunning Planet Earth II scenes.

The presentation was ahead of Hans' upcoming tour dates with five shows on the West Coast including Coachella.
