You can now watch a mini-documentary on dance music culture in Melbourne to go alongside Cut Copy's recent Oceans Apart release.

The twelve-minute film by Director Thomas Pollard serves as a visual supplement to the Cutters Records compilation, which highlights the different sounds coming out of the city at the current point in time.

Speaking with Fader, Cut Copy's Dan Whitford said of the film:

"I thought it would be great to work on a video documentary that explores the backgrounds, lives and thoughts of some of the unique artists involved (with the compilation) in the hope of painting a broader picture of what Melbourne's current scene is about."

You can watch the mini-documentary, featuring Andras Fox (pictured), Sleep D, No Zu and Animals Dancing, below.
