This week, Mixmag cover star and hardcore head VTSS steps up to the decks with all the vigour you’d expect from the breakneck producer. Just a day before the release of her next EP, ‘Projections’, Polish-born Martyna Maja gears up to bring her rave-ready slammers to the dancefloor of Mixmag HQ.
The producer’s upcoming project will be one of her first lengthy releases despite charging full-pace to the top of her game over the last handful of years. ‘Projections’ marks a new chapter for VTSS, who’s cultivated a hardcore sound and brought together dancefloors at the Berghain and beyond, and collaborated with the likes of LSDXOXO and Nene H. While her most recently released tracks tickle gabber, rave and footwork, Martyna is now heading down the experimental path with a taste of her latest deconstructed productions hitting Ninja Tune’s Technicolour imprint on January 28 - catch them a day early in the Lab this week and sign up for guestlist here.
