Volte-Face

Volte-Face may be a new name to many, but he's been around for a little while now, working away on various projects in London town.

As Volte-Face he's already starred in several live-streamed sets and is now releasing his debut EP, 'Charlatan', on BleeD, an off-shoot of the club night he runs.

'IXAXAAR' is gloomy, tough and cavernous without being too overpowering, which is no mean feat. The bass rumbles beneath eerie atmospherics with crunchy, hardstepping beats pushing things onward sonar-esque bleeps echo in the background with further percussive elements and a mysterious vocal joining them to reinforce that roomy feel.
