Japanese retailer UNIQLO has unveiled its upcoming SS20 UNIQLO U collection that’s set for a global release on 21st February 2020.
Entitled “Future LifeWear Essentials” and designed by Artistic Director Christophe Lemaire and his UNIQLO R&D team in Paris, the collection is said to have reimagined everyday clothing with innovative materials and new, contemporary silhouettes.
This upcoming collection features a line-up of 41 items for men and 57 for women, including accessories and swimwear.
For men, the collection is inspired by the utility of vintage workwear and military garments; rethinking their cut, fit and fabric for a relaxed and contemporary mood. Functional details are elevated with a refined sensibility, balancing practicality and style. Products include Cuban Shirts in breathable fabrics and a Hooded coat modelled on a military parka.

The collection will be available both in-store and online from February 21st 2020.
