Ultra's Resistance movement kicked off just over a year ago and aimed to provide to the dance music demographic that favours the underground.

Highlighting the top underground acts of the world, Resistance came to Ultra to quench the thirst of techno and house purists with its reveal at Ultra Buenos Aires and, more recently, the awe-inspiring Arcadia Spider stage in Miami.

Ultra Worldwide is now announcing its first independent Resistance event, which will debut in Peru this October with Carl Cox and friends. The inaugural celebration will be one for the books, listing Matador and Nicole Moudaber alongside Cox on the Explanada Costa Verde site. The breathtaking location will showcase an exclusively-designed stage production developed by the Ultra Music Festival team.

Adding to the expansive ventures, Ultra will also be implementing a full-blown Resistance Tour in Asia later this year with stops in Bali, Singapore and Tokyo. In standard fashion of the brand, Ultra will take immense talent like Dubfire, Art Department, Nic Fanciulli and more on the road.

Resistance Peru will take place on October 14, while the Resistance Asia tour kicks off on September 10 and spans over three events in Singapore, Bali and Japan.
