UKG supergroup TQD have returned with a brand new single for the first time in five years.

Titled ‘There 4 U’, the track is out on the group’s own imprint and features the signature styles of each of the members - Flava D, DJ Q, and Royal-T.

‘There 4 U’ is a rolling track which is infused with deep basslines and catchy drums. Narrated throughout by a vocal loop over a 4 by 4 beat, this track is as serene as it is dancefloor-ready - and it will undoubtedly be a hit on turntables for the rest of the summer festival season.

The three talented DJs and producers first came together in 2015 to release their debut single ‘Day & Night’, initially a one-off release on Butterz for Record Store Day. They then got requested to do shows together, and soon found themselves touring as a trio and playing at some of the biggest festivals.

Since then, they’ve all seen success in their own careers - with Flava D going on to release drum ‘n’ bass tracks with Hospital Records, DJ Q joining KISS FM, and Royal-T seeing releases with the likes of Defected Records.

A press statement says that the group is “ready to pick up where they left off and continue the next chapter in the group’s journey, with a wave of new music ready to flow.”

The group are set to play tonight (July 29) at XOYO in London as part of Flava D’s official residency at the club.

They are also playing Birmingham’s MADE Festival tomorrow (July 30) and have an October show at Manchester’s Warehouse Project.

In 2018, the trio played at Mixmag's Lab London, you can check out their set here.
