This glass-effect turntable is super slick
Roksan's Radius 7 is going for £1,900
What a week it's turned out to be for tech lovers. First we got more details on this turntable, then a Roland TR-808 ended up on eBay and now Roksan has released details of a super slick glass record player.
The Radius 7's not cheap at £1,900 but just imagine how beautiful it'll look set up in your lounge. Good looks aside, it's got red and blue LEDs to indicate record speed (which can be switched electronically), an aluminium alloy pulley system and brand new motor system.
Roksan's press releases reads: "With the Radius 7 we believe we have created yet another new reference at its price point. It offers renewed excitement and refinement from a tried and tested design model, yet with considerable improvements in overall performance.
"It bears all the hallmarks of the previous Radius 5 but utilises new technology and design materials to take the aesthetic appeal, technical performance and musicality up several notches."
