The 2018 Grammys will be produced and curated by AI robots
The new features arrive through a partnership with IBM
This year's 60th Annual Grammy Awards has just announced an intruiging partnership with technology goliath IBM.
As part of the new alliance, IBM will integrate its Watson Artificial Intelligence technology into the awards show, with AI producing, curating and publishing content across television, social media and other digital platforms.
This will be the first time in the history of the Grammys that its digital workflow and fan engagement will be handled and managed by artificial intelligence instead of humans.
IBM also recently integrated similar systems into work for last year's US Open and Augusta National.
