Take a trip through the history of soundsystem culture
It's time for a REWIND
An upcoming exhibition in Bristol is celebrating soundsystem culture with a series of interactive pieces, photos and illustrations.
Exhibitors at REWIND: An exploration of UK soundsystem culture include photographer Rosie Matheson, who showcases work from Notting Hill Carnival 2016, and Mark Simmons whose work from St Paul's Carnival in 1990 is on show.
Other exhibits include Forward Up's printed garments, Brighton collective King Tafari Love Muzic's photos of soundsystem sessions and amplifiers and Reggae Reimagined's illustrations.
The exhibition runs from April 11 to 16 at Gallery Spaces in Bristol. Check out 21 pieces of work in the gallery above.
