Summerland is coming to London next winter
The former Creative Director of Glastonbury's Shangri-La is behind the project
Winter in London can be a bit grim, but a new tropical paradise concept called Summerland is looking to change all of that.
Deborah Armstrong, the woman behind Glastonbury's Shangri-La installation, is planning to bring a super realistic sunshine experience to London in winter 2016.
The exact location is yet to be revealed, but the project will offer a 40 foot waterfall, hot tubs, jungle plantation, a meditation cave and swimming lagoon plus more.
To help fund the project, a Seedr campaign has been set up where people can buy shares in Summerland, and ultimately have a say in the future direction of the event.
