Stattbad in Berlin has been forced to close temporarily
A Facebook post says a report "attacking" the space led to the closure
Stattbad in Berlin has had to shut down because of "an order from the building authorities".
On a post on Facebook, the club claim an "anonymous report attacking the whole project" has led to a temporary closure. It also says talks with the relevant authorities are underway to meet the conditions needed to reopen.
The swift closure impacts the whole space, including the café, gallery, artist studios and the club space, meaning this weekend's planned events with Trus'Me, Wbeeza, Marquis Hawkes and Actress are cancelled.
It hasn't been the best past few days for clubs, with The Arches in Glasgow having its late-night license taken away, leading to a petition to save the venue.
