Spanish authorities have searched Space and Privilege in Ibiza
Investigations into the finances of Spanish nightlife venues continue
Space and Privilege in Ibiza have now been searched by Spanish authorities, just days after Amnesia was raided.
As part of Operation Chopin, the Tax Agency (AEAT) of Spain is reportedly looking into 87 nightlife spots across the nation, including four on the Balearic Islands. 14 individuals from these are also said to be under investigation.
Police assisted the AEAT at 6am this morning (July 8), as the two venues were searched as part of an inspection into nightlife finances and a crackdown on suspected fraud, according to Diario de Ibiza.
Large sums of money were reportedly found hidden at Amnesia, and the latest report claims the same has happened at other venues that have been searched.
However, its been stated that Space and Privilege being searched is "not related to the intervention in Amnesia."
