Sony has announced the release of the new WF-1000XM3 headphones, the latest addition to its 1000X family of noise cancelling headphones.
These new headphones will feature Sony's new Dual Noise Sensor technology, which works with the new HD Noise Cancelling Processor QN1e chip to capture and cancel noise as needed. Both the feed-forward and feed-back microphones found on the surface of the headphones are meant to capture more ambient sound. The processor then works with this caught sound to create an inverted sound wave that cancels the background noise while.
The processor also has low power consumption, boosting battery life and listening time. You can listen to up to 24 hours of music with Noise Cancelling on, and the earbuds’ case doubles up as a portable charger. A quick charge function is available as well which has 10 minutes of charging give you up to 90 minutes of battery life.
The new optimised antenna structure also works with the headphones L/R simultaneous Bluetooth transmission capabilities to create a highly stable connection to ensure your music is never interrupted.
The wireless design alongside it’s small and light size also allows for easy movement while wearing them.
The WF-1000XM3 model will be available from mid-August and will retail at £220.
