SONIKKU releases new single ‘Lifestyle' from upcoming EP
The EP ‘MOLG’ stands for ‘Machines Of Loving Grace’
DJ and producer, SONIKKU has released a new track ‘Lifestyle’ from his EP named ‘MOLG’ which stands for ‘Machines Of Loving Grace’.
Resident DJ at Adonis, SONIKKU’s EP is based on the future of clubbing in a dystopian London with inspiration and direct references to video games Metal Gear Solid 2 and GameCube game, Killer7.
More inspiration behind the EP comes from the warehouse and forest raves of London in lockdown as SONIKKU expresses with the track ‘Lifestyle’ on the EP.

‘Lifestyle’ was made alongside machine learning engineer Chris Tegho to create audio-reactive visuals made through AI.
Written within the early stages of the pandemic, this four-tracker from on Steel City Dance Discs will include notes of pop and techno echoing from his 2020 debut album ‘Joyful Death’.
‘MOLG’ is named after an Adam Curtis docuseries which explores the idea that humans have been colonised by machines that we have built.

“That’s the whole point of writing dystopian fiction,” SONIKKU says. “It could actually happen”.

‘MOLG’ will be out April 1 with a remixed version out later that month.
