Skrillex joins Beats 1 with a residency
The OWSLA chief is the latest to join Apple Music's Beats 1
A seemingly overdue, but still momentous announcement has arrived for Skrillex's massive career, this time, appointing him a tastemaker on the radio front. The OWSLA head is the latest to join Apple Music's Beats 1 as a resident of the radio program.
Announced by Zane Lowe, Skrillex is slated to bring 'OWSLA Radio' every Saturday at 3pm ET starting on January 30. Knowing Skrillex, the broadcast is likely to be an exciting new place to discover premieres and rising talents, hand-selected by the dance music maestro himself.
