Skrillex calls Deadmau5 "washed up asshole" on Twitter

The two went in on each other yesterday

Skrillex and Deadmau5 have been firing shots at each other on Twitter yet again.

We reckon Skrillex might have been inspired to go all guns blazing on the Canadian producer after previous jibes about him working with Justin Bieber on Jack Ü's 'Where R Ü Now'.

It all started last night with Skrillex saying to Deadmau5 he felt "sorry for the artists you've signed" to Mau5trap Recordings, before branding his leadership skills as "atrocious". He did thank him for supporting him early in his career, though, when 'Scary Monsters And Nice Sprites' was released on Deadmau5's label.

Obviously Deadmau5 wasn't going to take it on the chin and let it pass, so he sarcastically asked Skrillex if he could "borrow the lil pop star for a week, mash together a radio hit in 23 minutes" and make the label better.

Once Deadmau5 had asked "can I go to bed now?" Skrillex called him out for "bullying", and signed out of the argument with a photo of him in his Halloween get-up.

This comes after Deadmau5 announced his separation from major labels and hooked up with independent publisher and rights company, Kobalt.
