Simian Mobile Disco announce new album, ‘Murmurations’
Plus a mesmerising music video for the lead single
British electronic duo Simian Mobile Disco have announced that their fifth LP ‘Murmurations’ will be released May 11 through Wichita. The album will feature guest vocals from singing collective Deep Throat Choir. Pre-order it here.
The pair have also released the video for the album’s lead single ‘Caught In A Wave. “I wanted to explore the idea of chaos”, said Kiani Del Valle, the video’s director and choreographer.
Simian Mobile Disco will give a one-off performance of the album with Deep Throat Choir at London’s Barbican Centre on March 4, before heading off to tour the US in June. You can buy tickets here.
