Shanti Celeste & Funkineven

Mostly weird, blistering techno and dusty house, Funkineven's Apron Records manages to bend minds with every release. The final EP of 2015 is a split from the boss and Bristol high-flyer Shanti Celeste. Both mixes of 'SSS' are fast, spanky and jagged. Shanti's OG cut features her trademark bendy synth riffs, an 80s electro drum set and cosmic chords. Funkineven's 90s cut is jazzier, with a thicker, more prominent bassline. A fine way to end the year for both artists.
