Sasha to take extended break from touring to work on new music
The house legend also wants to spend more time with his family
Sasha has announced that he is to take an extended touring break in order to focus on studio projects and spend more time with his family.
The Last Night On Earth boss revealed on Facebook: "After a great summer and a manic stretch of touring the world without a break I'm taking some time off the road. I need some time to spend with my family and to work in the studio.
"I have so many demos and half finished tracks on my laptop that I am itching to finish. I have a couple of big projects lined up for next year that need my undivided attention.
"I will stay in touch with regular social updates and of course continue my podcast. Look out for some vintage mixes from recent years and snippets from the studio sessions. Keep your ears open and see you on the dance floor in December."
Sasha has since followed up the post with a photo showing his new studio gear nearly ready to go.
Whilst it's a shame to lose Sasha from the circuit, the prospect of new material incoming is an exciting one. We wait in anticipation for his return.
