Russ Yallop & wAFF

Santé had a massive 2015. He was one of the main-players in Ibiza alongside Sidney Charles and Darius Syrossian and his label Avotre acted as a home for releases from the three of them.

At the end of the month, the label will release the 'House Lessons' album by Russ Yallop, which will feature brand new tracks from him and remixes of old tracks by Luca Cazal, Dj Le Roi. To get us in the mood, Yallop is bringing out a taster EP and it's big.

One of the tracks is a collaboration between Yallop and wAFF, two regulars in Ibiza and it's clear they don't mess around. Yallop has been touring relentlessly while wAFF has been casting his net far and wide with stellar releases on Drumcode and Cocoon.

Their collaborative track is called 'Mike The Swamp' and it needs to be filed under monstrous. The techy-banger is aimed at the terraces, with thick, brooding bass and zippy riffs that lead to shoulder-swinging drops. If this got played at DC-10, it would go down. Trust us.
