Red Bull Music Academy has announced the full line-up for its four-day Sydney Weekender.

Larry Heard will play his first Australian show as part of the festival, bringing a full live show as Mr Fingers to Carriageworks for a huge closing party on September 11. The Chicago house master will also appear 'in conversation' about his career at a rare event at Sydney Harbour's floating Seadeck venue on September 9.

That night, Venetian producer Gigi Masin will navigate a crowd through his cult ambient release 'Talk to the Sea' at Bradleys Head Ampitheatre, followed by a set as Gaussian Curve with new collaborators Young Marco and Jonny Nash.

Night Slugs boss Bok Bok will takeover Oxford Art Factory with Kilo Kish, Marcus Whale, Cliques, Low Ton, Kilo, Kučka and NLV Records signing Lewis Cancut on September 8.

And the following night 1800-ANALOG will explore live analogue techno at Marrickville Bowling Club with Dopplereffekt, Xosar, Lucy Cliché, Dan White, Phile, Kloke and Noise In My Head.

There's also a Stones Throw Records 20th anniversary party going down with Peanut Butter Wolf, as well as Flight Facilities' orchestra show, announced earlier this year, and more.

RMBA Sydney Weekender takes place from September 8 to 11, 2016. Head here for all the artists, shows, workshops and tickets.
