RAM Records is hosting an all-women show showcase on Reprezent Radio tonight.
Women have been widely underrepresented across dance music for years, especially in drum and bass. So, it’s refreshing to see a movement in radio showcasing the women killing it in the d’n’b scene.
The two-hour showcase is normally hosted by Chords but tonight, d’n’b DJ/Presenter Laurie Charlesworth will be taking control.
Featuring a mix of sounds from Kyrist, Sweetpea, Mollie Collins (pictured above), J:S, and Kallan HK, the show will also include a series of short interviews where the artists draw their influences.
The show airs tonight, April 9, 7-9PM GMT, on Reprezent Radio 107.9FM, DAB, and reprezent.org.uk.
