Premiere: Nic Fanciulli's debut album has finally arrived with 'Wrong'

It seems wild to consider that despite a Grammy nomination, title as founder of his own Saved Records and his boutique underground festival The Social and a career that spans well over two decades, that Nic Fanciulli has yet to deliver a full-length album.

But good things come to those who wait, and it seems the UK producer is finally ready to make good on his promise, announcing the impending arrival of 'My Heart', a massive 16-track album that will dive between smashing club hits tracks and thoughtful, emotional explorations.

"The conception of the album started 10 years ago and there’s probably been around 300 records written in that time," Nic says. "I’ve spent so much time and effort making this album that it’s essentially become a part of me, it has become my heart and soul."

The first single has arrived on Mixmag, titled 'Wrong' and tapping into Agoria and JAW of the band dOP. Besides representing the first single off of 'My Heart', 'Wrong' is also Fanciulli's first original work in four years, after lending his remix abilities to Jamie xx and the Gorillaz.

'Wrong' thunders from the get go, taking flight with JAW's soaring vocal lendings while keeping one foot steadily in the club sound.

'My Heart' is slated for an October 20 release.
