A new Sydney event series will take over a huge heritage-listed warehouse for its debut next month.

The Presets, Bag Raiders, Kilter (pictured), Nyxen and Lucy Cliche will play the first 'Warehouse Collective' party at the Australian Technology Park's Exhibition Hall in Redfern on December 16.

Organisers Division Agency's other projects include Days Like This festival, which announced Marcel Dettmann, Motor City Drum Ensemble, Floating Points and more last month, and Paddington's Goodbar.

Director Scott Robertson said: "From the moment I first cast my eyes on the space my head instantly filled with ideas of what it would be like if we could somehow host events in this venue.

"There really is nothing else like it and it affords us the perfect blank canvas to deliver mind-blowing productions with some of the world's best artists."

Tickets are on sale November 14 here.
