London grime MC Capo Lee has compiled a new mixtape and made it available for free download on Mediafire.

Alongside its curator, 'Why Not?' features grime artists Spooky, Spyro, Blay, Nico Lindsay, Rocks FOE, Mic Ty, Wardot and XP.

The 10-track release was recorded in a single 10-hour session, with all the above artists playing an equal role in its creation.

Capo Lee explained to Fact: "I wanted to do something different, get artists and producers working together that may not have had the chance, I think it's important that new artists work together and keep things fresh and unpredictable."

You can download the mixtape here, and watch a documentary on the making of it below.
