Nastia spins vinyl for her daughter's 'Bring Your Parents To Class' day
Mother and daughter, in the mix
Last Friday, Nastia stopped by her daughter's elementary school in Ukraine for a very unique visit on parental duties.
As with many educational programs for young children, the yearly schedule includes special segments where parents are invited to the class to speak about their professional careers. More commonly, students hear about doctors, lawyers, policemen, firefighters - but this time around class was in session with a world-famous DJ.
In a heartwarming Facebook post, Nastia shared her experience as one of the coolest 'bring your parent to class' visitors, arriving with proper equipment to show her daughter's peers how to spin on vinyl and DJ.
Nastia was sure to give students the full experience, recalling: "I was not lazy to bring a part of my studio to the school and talk about DJing. I have explained to the children what DJing is about, who is a DJ and how equipment works." The artist continued with a hands-on demonstration on playing electronic music from records with her young daughter bouncing at her side.
