NA leads us down to the ‘Cellar’ with new EP
It's out via Fade To Mind on March 2
Daniel Pineda, one half of duo Nguzunguzu, has a new EP coming out from his solo alias, NA.
'Cellar' comprises five tracks, and will arrive through Fade To Mind on March 2.
Inspiration for the release came to Pineda while performing as part of collaborative live act The Claw with fellow Nguzunguzu member Asma Maroof, Kingdom and Total Freedom.
He said: "The Claw spawned me to make the drum kit and the MPC sequences that formed the basis for 'Cellar Theme', which was the jump off for this whole record concept."
'Cellar Theme' is streaming on SoundCloud now; it's a dark and club-ready cut featuring a booming low-end pulse and aggressive percussion. Listen below.
