The program is split into three consecutive events: the first starts at 10:PM on May 19 and runs through to 10:AM at the Grand Quay, with the venue providing dancers with a breath-taking view of the city and St. Lawrence river; then a free outdoor event accessible to all takes place in the open-air Place des Commencements across 10:AM to 11:PM on May 20; before a return to the Grand Quay runs from 10:PM on May 20 until 8:AM the next morning.
Following the same exceptional circumstances granted for the 2022 edition, there will be bar service throughout, stretching well past the usual 3:AM cut off for serving alcohol in the city’s nightlife establishments. A press release states: “NON STOP is a unique challenge in Canada to implement 36 hours of nightlife programming in a way that is respectful and inclusive of all stakeholders in the city.”
