Sad news for Moog fanatics as production of the Minimoog Voyager is coming to an end.

Available since 2002, the company released the analog synth as a modern-day twist of the Minimoog that ceased production in 1981 and was the last fully designed, start to finish, by Robert Moog.

Features on it include three oscillators, four waveforms (triangle, square, sawtooth and pulse), low-frequency oscillation (LFO) and a touch surface controller, with around 14,000 having been made in its 13-year history.

If you're after one, not to worry, Music Radar reports that the Performer and Electric Blue versions will remain on-sale until they're all out, while 600 units will be handcrafted to say farewell.
