Marco Carola allegedly being sued for €2.4 million by Amnesia Ibiza

Marco Carola is allegedly being sued €2.4 million by Amnesia Ibiza.

Diario de Ibiza reports the Italian DJ is subject to a lawsuit due to his party Music On moving to Pacha Ibiza this summer. Music On used to be held at Amnesia and him playing at Pacha is said to be a breach of his contract with Amnesia.

Apparently the lawsuit includes a request by Amnesia to implement a "precautionary measure to prohibit the performance of the DJ in Pacha". He is due to play at Pacha on May 16.

Regarding the €2.4 million if Marco Carola were to play at Pacha, an Amnesia representative said: "This is the penalty that is agreed in the contract itself."
