Mahalia and Burna Boy team up for new single, 'Simmer'

Leicester-born singer and songwriter Mahalia has joined forces with rising Nigerian star Burna Boy on new single, 'Simmer'.

The track samples Jeremy Harding's famous dancehall anthem 'Playground Riddim', which is best known for being the instrumental backing for Beenie Man's 'Who Am I (Sim Simma)'.

The track will appear on 'Love and Compromise', Mahalia's debut album that is set for release 6 September.

Between August and December, the singer will be embarking on a worldwide tour in support of the album, with stops in Asia, Europe and North America. Grab your tickets here.
